Kia ora and welcome to Whitiora School — a place where our tamariki are at the heart of everything we do.
At Whitiora, we are proud to provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where every child is encouraged to grow, learn, and succeed. We value strong relationships with our whānau and community, and we believe that working together helps our students reach their full potential.
Our dedicated staff are committed to creating engaging learning experiences that build confidence, resilience, and a love for learning. We celebrate our diverse cultures and strive to ensure every child feels a strong sense of belonging.
We look forward to welcoming you and your whānau into our school community.

A huge THANK YOU to the amazing organisations who supported the development of our Whitiora School playground.
Although our playground has now been open and enjoyed by our tamariki for some time, we want to take the opportunity to acknowledge the generous funders who helped make this project possible.
We are incredibly grateful to:
Trillian Trust
Pub Charity Ltd
Grassroots Trust Limited
The Lion Foundation
North & South Trust
Rano Community Trust Limited
WEL Energy
Your support has helped create a fun, engaging and welcoming space for our tamariki to play, connect and enjoy every day.
From our tamariki, staff, Board and wider Whitiora School whānau — thank you for investing in our kura and our community. We truly appreciate your generosity and support.
