Production Day Organisation – Thursday, 20th August 2026
We are excited to share details regarding our upcoming production rehearsal and evening performance at Hamilton Baptist Church on Thursday, 20th August.
Daytime Rehearsal & Schedule
Morning Departure: Tamariki will be walked in supervised groups from school to Hamilton Baptist Church starting at 9:15 am.
All costumes and props will already be at the church.
Rehearsals & Lunch: Students will have stage practice time throughout the morning, followed by a full dress rehearsal in the afternoon. Lunch will be provided for all tamariki at the church.
3:00 pm Pickup: Please collect your tamariki directly from the Hamilton Baptist Church carpark at 3:00 pm. Staff will bring students out to the carpark for pickup.
After School Care: Tamariki enrolled in after-school care will be walked safely back to kura.
Evening Performance
4:30 pm Arrival: All tamariki need to return to Hamilton Baptist Church by 4:30 pm to prepare for the performance.
5:30 pm Show: The production performance will begin promptly at 5:30 pm. All students have been working incredibly hard and are expected to perform.
Collection: At the conclusion of the show, kaiako will bring your tamariki out to the front foyer for pickup. To ensure student safety and smooth coordination, please refrain from entering the backstage areas.
